How to reset you password

This article provides instructions for resetting your password. To follow these steps, you'll require your email address.

Step 1

Please begin by following this Link, which will direct you to the sign-in page for Evolve.

Step 2

Find and click the "Forgot Password?" link located below the login fields, as seen above, to initiate the password reset process.

Additionally, you'll find guides here on how to log in and create an account.

Step 3

You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Ensure to enter the correct email address, and click “Send email”.

Step 4

After entering your email address, check your email inbox for a message from Evolve. This email will contain the verification code.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5

You will be prompted to enter the verification code (sent to your email) and add the new password.

Step 6

Once you're on the password reset page, you will be prompted to enter the verification code and a new password. Choose a strong and secure password that you can remember easily. Make sure to follow the specific password requirements provided, as depicted in the image above, and click "Reset Password”.

Your password has now been successfully reset, and you can use your new password to log in to your account. Return to the login page and enter your email address and new password to log in to your account. You should now have access to your account with your updated password. See here how to log in.
